How to Initiate a Collaboration
  1. Submit a brief concept note or proposal using the portal form.
  2. Meet with Research & Linkages to refine scope, roles, and budget.
  3. Draft and review MoU/Contract with Legal and relevant units.
  4. Obtain approvals (Senate/Management) and set up the project account.
  5. Kick-off, monitor progress, and report outputs/impact.
Compliance & Ethics
  • Follow research ethics/IRB requirements and data protection policies.
  • Register externally funded projects with the Bursary/Research Office.
  • Acknowledge IMSU and funders in publications and outputs.
